6 week Beginners Course

If you’ve never tried yoga before because you thought you were too stiff, to fat, too old and want to learn the basics then this is the course for you.
Yoga can balance your body, increase your energy and calm the mind…can you see these qualities as benefiting your life?
I will be covering everything you need to know, to help you feel comfortable and confident in a yoga class, using language you can understand and at a pace that will be easy to follow.
If you cannot make a class, you will have the opportunity to do a make up class in the following course, or alternatively attend a regular class at the studio instead.
