Brown rice fast for spring (or your choice of food for a fast)

Spring into spring by starting your first week with a fast. I have chosen a brown rice fast so that I won’t go too hungry and I will still have heaps of energy.   Fasting on one type of food still brings you heaps of the benefits of a real fast but it’s easier to do and easier on the system.   Give your digestion a break, give yourself more energy and more clarity to spring into Spring!   I’m doing 7 days, you can do the same or 5 or even 3……if you’re joining in, stay in touch and let’s support one another.
