6 week Beginners Course
If you have never tried yoga before but you are curious or you want to try it but you think you are too old, too stiff, too fat etc; well this is the course for you. I teach with clear and safe instructions and at a pace that is easy to follow. Come and experience all the wonderful benefits of yoga for your mind, body and wellbeing. If you cannot make a class, you will have the opportunity to do a make up class in the following course, or alternatively attend a regular class at the studio instead.
