If you’ve never tried yoga before and want to learn the basics then this is the course for you.
I will explain how yoga can create balance in your body, increase your energy and calm your mind. All qualities that we could all benefit from!
I will be covering everything you need to know to help you feel comfortable and confident in a yoga class, using language you can understand and at a pace that will be easy to follow. If you cannot make a class, you will have the opportunity to do a make up class in the following course, or alternatively attend a regular class at the studio instead.
