About Me

I’ve always been curious about healing. As a kid, I watched my mum blame her parents for everything that wasn’t working. I remember thinking, “Aren’t adults supposed to take responsibility for themselves?” Years later, I came to understand how deeply our early experiences shape the body and nervous system. How tension, protection, and emotional holding patterns live within us, silently guiding our reactions and our lives. After a messy and misdirected youth, I chose a different path. I didn’t want to keep repeating inherited patterns. So I got serious about healing through yoga, meditation, chanting, and somatic exploration. Over 25 years later, I’m still learning how to listen, not just to thoughts, but to the language of the body. What changed everything for me wasn’t one technique, but presence. The safety of being seen and supported, and learning to meet my body with compassion instead of control. That’s what I now share with others. My work blends the wisdom of yoga with somatic awareness, gentle movement, breath, and interoceptive practices that reconnect you with your natural rhythm. Whether you’re holding stress, living in overdrive, or simply seeking a deeper sense of peace, this work invites you back into your body — back to being.
