I’ve always been curious about healing, mindset, and why people get stuck.
As a kid, I’d hear my mum blaming her parents for all the reasons life wasn’t working out. I remember thinking, “Aren’t adults supposed to take responsibility for themselves?” Of course, I now understand just how much our childhood shapes us—how our early years (yep, right up to age 25!) can influence our relationships, health, work, and even our ability to ask for what we need.
After a messy and misdirected youth, I chose a different path. I didn’t want to repeat my mother’s patterns. So I got serious about healing. I immersed myself in yoga (over 25 years of practice), meditation, chanting, therapy, mentoring, and coaching. There wasn’t one magic fix—but together, they created deep and lasting transformation.
What truly shifted things? Support. The presence of people who believed in me. Who saw through the mess, past the masks, and reflected back the potential I couldn’t yet see in myself. That experience is what I now offer others.
I believe yoga and meditation can absolutely open doors to awareness, but it can take a lifetime. And honestly? I love yoga—but I love living a meaningful, joyful life even more.
That’s why my approach blends the best of somatic tools, mindset work, and coaching. Whether you want to feel better in your body, break out of toxic cycles, release anxiety, or stop procrastinating on your potential, I’m here to walk with you.
