Hourly Rate: $160 per hour (+ travel if offsite) Half-day (2.5–3 hr): $300–$350 Full-day (5–6 hr): $550–$600 Combining yoga, mindfulness, fascia release, and nature connection. Designed to restore, refresh, and reconnect participants with themselves and each other.
