My Story

I have been interested in healing, mindset and why people get 'stuck' since I was a young child. I would listen to my mum blaming her parents for all the reasons why her life was an eternal struggle. And I used to think "How can someone that old (she was probably in her mid to late 30s 😂) blame their parents for everything that went wrong in their life?" Aren't adults responsible for themselves? It didn't make sense to me as a child...
