Frequently Asked Questions

Who can do yoga? Anyone is welcome. My approach is gentle, mindful, and adaptable for all ages, body types, and levels of experience — especially those seeking stress relief, mobility, or nervous system support rather than intense physical exercise.

What if I have injuries, pain, or limited mobility? That’s completely okay. Sessions are designed around you, and we move slowly, using breath, awareness, and safe modifications. I specialise in trauma-aware and somatic-based yoga that supports healing and reconnection, not pushing or performing.

Can I book a private yoga session? Yes. Private sessions are perfect if you want individual guidance, personal practice support, or a quieter space to reconnect with your body. Sessions can be held in person or online, depending on your needs.

Can I host a small group class at my place? Absolutely. Private group sessions can be arranged for up to 8 people — at your home, workplace, or chosen venue. These are ideal for friends, family, or team wellbeing.

Is the group rate per person or per group?
The rate is per group, not per person. This allows you to share the cost between participants and enjoy a more personalised experience.

Do you offer workshops or corporate sessions? Yes. I offer themed workshops, wellbeing sessions, and workplace programs designed to reduce stress and build embodied awareness. Travel time may apply for off-site sessions, or they can also be delivered online.

Do you run regular studio classes? No — I no longer run regular public classes. My work is focused on private sessions, small groups, workshops, and workplace wellbeing, both in person and online.
